Citi CEO Vikram Pandit covered a wide-range of topics in a CNBC interview at the opening of a new flagship branch in New York, including how changes in regulation, technology and consumer behavior are shaping the retail bank in the U.S. and globally. “We want to be ahead of that curve and we are,” he said.

I am very happy with the direction and future outlook of Citibank. It appears you are ahead of the curve and I believe that the stock price will shortly show that the public agrees with me. Good luck, and God speed the company in the new direction upward.
