My Citibank credit account was closed and a new number issued. I was told that the account had been compromised. Other customers have had the same experience. Is Citibank hiding a security breach?

Why do we have to talk with someone in the Philippines? Bring those jobs back to the US and give us people I can understand. Also train your customer service people to give information we can rely on -- I never again want to hear a CSR precede an answer with "Maybe..." I can speculate about things myself. I don't need to call in for that.

Your Philipine customer service reps can't be understand thru accents. When I call for answers, I want definitive info I can rely on, not speculation preceded by "maybe." Please bring those jobs back.

The recent article in the Minneapolis Star Tribune reporting CitiMortgage's dealings with Nancy Gosselin's mortgage and the fees Citigroup is still seeking is repugnant to me. Bad press for Citigroup!

With all the money Citi flushed away on chasing various financial schemes, why doesn't Citi work to create a concerted method to help small-sized companies. They are the vast employer and engine.

Establishing trust. Somehow simultaneously say that the customer comes first, even if the customer might have made a mistake while weeding out the chizzlers who are simply looking for freebies.
